The range of leisure activities is unlimited, in addition to the beach, culture, sports, golf and wellness, we offer a wide range of infrastructure for use within the Magic Spot.

Currently available:

-Home cinema with 20 seats and round table.

-Wine cellar and party room (also suitable as a cigar rolling workshop and/or house brewery)

-Gardening (growing cut flowers and vegetables, flower arrangements and Ikebana)

-Grill area by the lake with pizza bread oven and smokehouse

-Lake (suitable for breeding fish or koi)

-Various workshops which are suitable for:

-body construction

-Mechanics

-Artistic blacksmiths

-Pottery

-Weaving

-Carpentry and driftwood furniture

-Lamp manufacturing

- Solar power

-Art school

-Etc..

Furthermore, the following are planned:

- Small lake coffee for cozy hours

- Magic Spot Market, a vendor market which, in addition to the above manufactured goods, also sells locally made artwork and ikebana     

The aim of the above infrastructure is that residents have the opportunity to participate either in the form of memberships or percentage or participation or as an independent business (depending on needs).
